1. Agreement to these Terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Vyre. Vyre is developed and operated by Pacarizi, an individual developer and the legal owner of the service. By accessing or using Vyre, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use Vyre.
2. What Vyre provides
Vyre uses software and artificial intelligence to analyze user-submitted pet photos, videos, audio and related information and to provide automated observations, summaries, indicators and other informational outputs.
Features may change as the product is improved. Some functionality may require an account, credits, a purchase, a subscription, a supported device, internet access, or access to device features such as the camera or microphone.
3. Veterinary and safety disclaimer
Do not rely on Vyre as a substitute for professional veterinary judgment. You remain responsible for decisions about your pet's health, safety and care. If your pet appears seriously ill, is injured, has difficulty breathing, collapses, is unresponsive, shows signs of poisoning, experiences severe bleeding or seizures, or you otherwise believe there is an emergency, contact a qualified veterinarian or emergency veterinary service immediately.
AI outputs should be considered alongside your own observations, the animal's known history, and professional advice where appropriate.
4. Accounts and eligibility
You must provide accurate information when creating or using an account and are responsible for activity under your account. Keep access credentials secure and notify support if you believe your account has been compromised.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Vyre. If the law where you live requires a higher age to enter into these Terms or consent to data processing, you may use Vyre only with appropriate parent or guardian involvement.
You may request deletion of your account and associated personal information as described on the Account Deletion page.
5. Your content
You retain your rights in photos, videos, audio, pet information and other content you submit to Vyre (“User Content”). You grant Pacarizi a limited, non-exclusive right to host, transmit, process, reproduce and otherwise use User Content only as reasonably necessary to operate, secure and improve the Vyre service and provide the functionality you request, subject to the Privacy Policy.
You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to submit User Content and that your use of Vyre does not violate another person's rights or applicable law.
6. Acceptable use
You may not misuse Vyre. This includes attempting to disrupt, reverse engineer, scrape, overload or gain unauthorized access to the service; bypass access controls, credit systems or security measures; use Vyre for unlawful or harmful purposes; submit content you do not have a right to use; impersonate another person; or use automated means to abuse the service.
7. Purchases, subscriptions and credits
Vyre may offer paid features, subscriptions, consumable credits, free allocations, promotional credits or other entitlements. Pricing and the specific entitlement provided will be shown at the point of purchase where applicable.
Purchases made through Apple's App Store are also subject to Apple's applicable purchase, billing, cancellation and refund rules. Unless required by law or platform rules, unused promotional or free credits have no cash value and are not transferable.
8. Vyre intellectual property
Vyre's software, branding, interface, designs, text, graphics and other materials supplied by the service, excluding User Content and third-party materials, are owned by Pacarizi or used under license and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms give you only a personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use Vyre as intended.
9. Changes, availability and third-party services
We may add, remove, modify, suspend or discontinue features when reasonably necessary to operate or improve Vyre. We do not guarantee that the service will always be available, error-free, or compatible with every device.
Vyre may depend on third-party platforms and service providers, including hosting, authentication, AI, operating-system and app-distribution services. Their availability and rules may affect Vyre.
10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Vyre is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of uninterrupted availability, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or warranties that cannot lawfully be excluded.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pacarizi will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for losses resulting from reliance on an AI output, loss of data, service interruption, or unauthorized access, except where liability cannot legally be limited or excluded.
11. Responsibility for misuse
To the extent permitted by law, you are responsible for losses or claims arising from your unlawful misuse of Vyre, your violation of these Terms, or User Content that infringes another person's rights.
12. Suspension and termination
You may stop using Vyre at any time. We may suspend or restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect users or the service, investigate misuse, comply with law, or enforce these Terms. Where appropriate, we will take reasonable steps to provide notice.
13. Applicable law and consumer rights
These Terms are governed by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms is intended to remove mandatory consumer protections or other rights that apply to you based on your place of residence. Where local law gives you non-waivable rights or requires a specific forum for disputes, those rules continue to apply.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes to Vyre, law, security needs or business practices. The “Last updated” date identifies the current version. If a change materially affects your rights, we may provide additional notice where appropriate.
