Delete your Vyre account

1. Delete your account inside Vyre

Account deletion is available directly inside the Vyre app. You do not need to email us to start the deletion process.

2. What is deleted

Deleting your Vyre account permanently removes your Vyre account and associated account data, including your profile, pet records, scans, check-ins, rewards, referrals, credits, and Vyre Premium account records, subject to any limited information that must be retained for legal or security reasons.

3. Information that may be retained

Limited information may be retained where reasonably necessary for legal obligations, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, financial recordkeeping, or enforcement of agreements. Residual copies may also remain temporarily in protected backups until those backups are rotated or deleted through normal system processes.

4. App Store subscriptions

Deleting your Vyre account does not automatically cancel an active App Store subscription. Apple manages App Store billing separately. If you have an active subscription, manage or cancel it through your Apple account subscriptions.

5. Apple or Google sign-in

If you used Sign in with Apple or Google Sign-In, deleting your Vyre account deletes the Vyre-side account and associated Vyre data. Your Apple ID or Google Account itself is not deleted. Where additional provider authorization removal is required, you can manage that permission from your Apple or Google account settings.
